Tax Sale Solutions LLC was founded in 2007 by Shade Ferre and Stephen Swenson. The formation of Tax Sale Solutions came after years of experience both investing, and helping others invest. We currently have more than 3000 active students from every part of the U.S. Tax Sale Solutions provides materials and training solutions for educational companies across the United States.

Shade Ferre and Stephen Swenson set out 7 years ago to learn everything they could about Tax Lien and Deed investing. Many of their most valuable lessons came through trial and error.
Over the course of 5 years they worked with students in every state in the Country. That experience has taught them that success has nothing to do with where a student is located, or their economic status.
